How did Taylor Lautner do this?
1. Taylor Lautner ate every 2 hours. He ate alot because to add muscle you need a surplus of calories.
2. Between breakfast lunch and dinner he would eat a protein bar or a protein shake.
Taylor Lautner diet :
Breakfast: Egg whites, a few whole eggs, and some oatmeal. With some orange juice.
Lunch: Albacore tuna or chicken with veggies and brown rice. You can replace those with turkey or ground beef.
Dinner: Broiled fish or chicken, brown rice, vegetables, and a salad.
Another aspect of Taylor lautner workout routine was that he varied sets, reps, and weight. He didn't let his body adapt to any particular routine. By shocking his muscles in this manner, Taylor lautner was able to increase his strength and muscle mass.
Was [the physical transformation] harder or easier than you thought it would be ?
The actual getting into the gym and working out process was easier, but the eating was harder. Because I had to eat, and everyone’s like “Are you kidding me? I’d love to eat like that!” I had to eat every two hours. At one point, my trainer said, “Put anything in your mouth. Go to McDonald’s, get the biggest shake possible, I just need to get calories in you.” Because my body fat at the time was only, like, seven and a half percent.
