Siddharth being a dedicated person towards his physique eats and follows a diet regime that is designed by his trainer for him which consist of a lot of protein with a lot of water and eating after every 2 hours which round's off 6-8 meals a day . Food for these meals comprise of organic food which consist of natural sugar and not artificial sugar.
His trainer Satish Narkar tries to bring variety to his food as he don want Siddharth to get bored of his meals which consist of good amount of meat , chicken , fish and mixed vegetables but an adequate and calculated amount of protein , carbs and fiber . Trainer also adds supplementation to cover the left amount of protein required to build muscle as Siddharth have protein shakes which also becomes an alternate to days when he cant have proper meals of the days of rigorous shoot schedule . Siddharth is allowed to have on cheat meal a month of his choice and cravings .

Siddharth feels that his last movie hansee toh phansee was a easy role and he din need to show off his bared body for that role whereas for the ek villian he has to undergo rigorous training and strict diet regime because of the role being intense he has to change his diet.
Rather is diet regime that he follows to maintain a fantastic physique Siddharth loves to have Gulab Jamun . He is also a hardcore non vegetarian Punjabi guy and loves to carry home made food on the set .

Siddharth also adds that he loves to have sweets but try to keep a check on it as he haves them in small quantity , loves to have dark chocolate which is healthier option , also have low fat ice-cream sometimes . To tackle his sugar crave i body he tries to have fruits which contain natural sugar and tries to have more of organic food and steamed food .

Siddharth dont drink and smoke and at hardcore Bollywood parties nurse a glass of wine so that people feel offended towards his this good habit .
