Shah Rukh Khan revealed his six-pack abs to the world . Shahrukh Khan believes it's important to allow muscles time to recover and suggests that you only lift weights and train your abdominal muscles four times a week , resting one day in between strength training. However, one needs to sweat , cardio will help you lose body fat to reveal your six-pack abs to the world .
Shahrukh Khan daily Workout routine :
Shah Rukh does a lot of endurance training , Shahrukh Khan exercises four times a week and uses weights for 30 minutes . He does 100 push ups and 60 pull ups every day including weight lifting, cardio. Shahrukh Khan also likes to include football and cricket in his workout to keep his flexibilty levels up. The Bollywood actor exercises four times a week and uses weights for 30 minutes.
Shahrukh Khan himself said that :
“When you start you can only do five push ups and one pull up. It just happens (later) if you are regular,” Shahrukh khan says. “You need to be very disciplined. (Do it for) 30 to 40 days then it will start to show.”
Shahrukh Khan also says that if you slip up on the diet, doing 50 minutes of cardio will get your body back on track. He said one can should also try 30 to 60 minutes of running, jogging, cycling or aerobics every day.
