Selena Gomez is the international figure and a model for many young people want to keep their bodies healthy and fit. Selena height is about 5'5 mark and weighs about 120 pounds.

Selena Gomez was poised for stardom from the moment that she was named after the slain singer of the same first name. Growing up primarily under the watch of her actress mother, Mandy Tee-fey, she observed with eager eyes as her mom acted in stage shows and decided early on that she wanted to try the same thing.

As a child of the "Barney the Friendly Dinosaur" generation, she naturally made her acting debut on the PBS series Barney & Friends, which was filmed when she was beginning elementary school

                                       Selena likes to have a healthy diet but to a limit calorie .

 Breakfast -

(about 250 calories) “I like my mom’s eggs,” Selena gomez says about her morning favorite. “She makes a mean omelet – she adds mushrooms, onions, cheese, the works.”

 Lunch -

(about 350 calories) “I like to make sure I have protein, so sometimes I’ll eat meat, like turkey, when I’m out or on set,” says Selena, explaining how she keeps her energy up.

 Dinner -

(about 850 calories) “I actually like to do my dinners all Italian – It’s kind of fattening, but it’s my leeway,” she says. “I love lasagna.”

Snacks (about 300 calories) Selena cannot seem to resist Snickers or Reese’s Pieces – and a pickle. “Pickles fill you up and aren’t too bad for you,” she explains about the veggies.

 

Her breakfast is great. Her lunch needs vegetables. The dinner is very high in carbohydrates and low in protein and healthy fats, which is basically a recipe for a weight gain . Selena Gomez admits that she need to improve her diet plan such as adding more proteins to the diet plan which she follows. Here’s a sample of her diet plan.
