How did Salman Khan get so ripped ? People usually assume its steroids but thats really not the case.
Salman Khan Fitness Trainer said :
His body structure is not like a body builder's but good muscles, perfectly in shape and no fat” as he is very particular and serious about his workout and once in the gym
While gyming if someone approaches Salman khan for a photo or an autograph , he makes the person wait until he is finished with his exercise .
Salman Khan workout routine :
- Whenever he get time he cycles for 2-3 hours.
- Depending on Salman's mood, he do around 2,000 sit-ups a day and 1000 push-ups
- He works out one hour of cardio vascular exercises , rest of the time work on two body parts at a time. Either back or chest , triceps, biceps, legs.
- Along with Pull-ups and chin-ups, he also do around 500 ab crunches as secret behind the fab abs is a lot of hard work.
Salman khan himself said :
“I cycle, swim, go to the gym, eat the right kind of food and sleep late as I don’t get sleep easily and wake up early, that’s the secret behind my age.” Discipline and dedication have been the two pillars of Salman khan fitness success .
While weights have gained for Salman the contours the camera captures . When the mood overtakes Salman khan, he goes cycling three hours to panvel, as personally, it would be a real challenge too."
