Walker is a follower of the Paleo Diet aka the Caveman diet. It is named this, because the foods comprising the Paleo Diet are based on the presumed ancient diet of flora and fauna that humans used to hunt to survive, and consume during the Paleolithic era, which ended in 10,000 B.C.
Benefits of the Paleo diet is an assurance that you are taking up minimal doses of toxins, preservatives, and processed sugar.
Foods that you choose when going through the Paleo diet should be lean cuts of beef, fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, fruits, vegetables and root vegetables, nuts, berries, and organ meats (liver, kidney, etc.).
