Kim is 110 pounds having 5'2" height , having body shape of 34" 26" 39" considered one of the hottest figure in Hollywood. to maintain she had to perform very heavy workout which can be seen in her workout video , in which she is performing various exercises .
She follows a routine designed by Gunnar Peterson, 2 or 3 times a week. She Warm up with 5 to 10 minutes of cardio, then do each move in order without resting. At the end of the last move, then she jump rope for 50 skips and then repeat the circuit up to 4 times.
Kim Kardashian is the first to admit that she works hard for her body. She herself said that "There's nothing easy about being fit and healthy," she says. "I'd never say, 'Take this and eat whatever you want or don't work out.' That's not realistic. Do that seven times and do the same thing but this time only half way , come back up and do that seven times Then do it one more time but when one go to sit down and come back up, only come up about an inch up off the chair! So each time you go lower and lower! Once you finished your lucky 21 , take a break and try it again.She also told that I try to do that cycle four times.” and try to do these exercises regularly .
