Karan is very specific about what he eats and feels that diet is the most crucial part when it comes to bodybuilding, he divides his meals into 6 small portions a day and strictly follows this diet for six days a week as he feels it is perfectly fine to give in to your cravings for that last day because Karan is not a foodie and loves to have Wine on that last day. He says that it very effective for your skin glow and health.

Morning:

10 egg whites

40-50gm of oats

protein shake

Lunch:

2 chicken breasts

10 egg whites

green vegetables

brown rice with dal/pulses

 

About 4 pm(Pre-workout):

1 Scoop Whey Protein shake

1 serving fruit

 

About 6 pm(Post workout):

10 egg whites

200gm's of chicken

200gm's of fish

 

Dinner:

200gm's of Fish

200gm's of chicken

1 cup vegetable soup

 

Late night:

1 scoop Casein Protein shake
