Jennifer Aniston is in her 40's ? now and is in great shape.  What we need to determine is her workout the thing that gets her to keep her slim , sexy look ?

Jennifer Aniston Workout Routine :

1.) Jennifer Aniston starts off her Workout with :

  • 5 minute warm up
  • 1 minute High intensity, & 2 minutes Moderate intensity cycled until 22 minutes is reached.

On High Energy days :

  • 15 minutes on treadmill at 6mph on a 1.5 incline

 

2.) Cardio –  Jennifer has a cardio routine.   She typically does at least 22 minutes of cardio work outs before getting into her yoga.  . Jen alternates between an elliptical trainer and the treadmill. What this means is she will go fast for about 1 minute and then slow down for maybe 30 secs and then fast again.  This gets your heart rate going but helps you burn more fat. In her cardio workouts she does interval training also .

 

3.) Yoga – Jennifer Aniston regularly does yoga workouts with instructor Mady Ingber to help tone her body and relieve stress.  !  Some of her favorite poses are the Butterfly pose, one arm balance, push ups and the crescent pose. She does yoga at least 3 times a week and sometimes up to 2 hours a day . try to hold each pose for 30 to 60 seconds (about 5 to 10 deep breaths),
4.) Two sets of 8 to 10 reps of the paired calisthenic.

In an interview with  the Daily Mirror she said  “It’s really simple. I run, work out every day. I do a lot of running — exercise is so important.

She said “I went to class years ago, and I remember thinking, It’s really crowded, really hot, really sweaty, and I can have a better workout if I run and a better meditation if I sit quietly by myself.”
