What are Hrithik Roshan Advises on Muscle Building  ?

Hrithik Roshan :

Hrithik Roshan was born in the year 1974 to actor , The actor has an extra thumb on his right hand. He has been known to be called the Indian Sylvester Stallone, Brad Pitt and Michael Jackson and also well known for his super hard work in gym with a stunning body which he has been gifted with a rare kind .

Hrithik Roshan Workout Regime :

 

  • I train four days every week for about 40 mins on each day.
  • I do cardio 3 days a week. which includes jogging, running and skipping for 20 mins.According to him, cardio exercises are good for the heart and these help in building up muscles.
  • I keep my workouts intense and short.
  • I believe that 90% depends on the diet.
  • I avoid Oil, ghee, butter and prefers to eat grilled, roasted, boiled food.
  • I focus on cycling and on workouts on the treadmill to get a great shape for the thighs and the arms.
  • I recommend swimming or jogging twice a week to meet the body's flexibility requirements.

 

 

 Hrithik Roshan himself said that :

‘Body doesn’t grow in the GYM, it grows while you rest ! he also add that one need not splurge on protein supplements, still they are great if they are used in the right amount.

His most basic mantra includes drinking and validates this advice stating that it is water which is probably the only alkaline food in our diet !”

 Hrithik Roshan daily Workout Routine :

 

He works out 4 days a week and workout plan followed by him is as follows

Day 1.  Biceps and Triceps :

• Barbell Curl x Line Tricep Extension

• Dumbell 21 x Tricep Pulley Push Down

• Wrist Curl

• Concentration Curls x Overhead Tricep Muscles

• Reverse Curl

• Hammer Dumbell Curl x Tricep Kick Back

 

Day 2.  Chest & Back :

• Plain Bench Press x Dumbell Fly

• Dumbell Rowing

• Incline Dumbell Press x Cross Pulley

• Decline Flies x Pullovers

• Rowing Pulley

• Chin Ups

Day 3.  Shoulders :

• Side Lateral

• Tea Cups

• Front Raises

• Dumbell Press Shrugs

 

Day 4.  Legs :

• Free Squats

• Leg Extension

• Hyper Extension Calf Exercise

• Lunges

• Leg Curls

 

 

After 10 weeks training with Kris Gethin Hrithik said that he went from a 36 1/2-inch waist to 30 inches by losing 10 kilos about 22 pounds.

Hrithik said that  "When people look at my picture, they think I look bigger now. The illusion makes me look like The Hulk."
