His trainer also added that hrithik did go through a 2 week of deprivation, which was necessary because he had to diet down to get the kind of look which was necessary for superhero look.

Hrithik is allowed to have pancakes with sugar-free syrup made with a protein powder which is said to be the best tasting pancake in the world adding to the diet the banana split with protein powder and yogurt also there are meatballs.
