Drew Barrymore :
Drew barrymore battled with weight problems earlier in her career, but her starring roles in the Charlie's Angels movies showed what great shape she'd in now.
She sticks to a sensible 3 meals a day, and deals with hunger pangs by snacking on Diet Coke or low fat Jell-O.
For exercise she makes sure that she enjoys herself - by going jogging, dancing and playing crazy golf!

Drew barrymore diet plan includes a lot of balanced meals with lots of organic vegetables. Barrymore avoids the starving herself and she allows an occasional treat such as a low fat desserts and a taco.
As far as diet goes, it's all about portion control for Drew. She sticks to smaller, but more frequent meals that include lean proteins and lots of veggies. What I love most about Drew, though, is her refreshing attitude. In the last year she has completely accepted who she is,dismissing the negative body image that she once held onto. She now wears what she wants, eats right, and exercises, and isn't bothered if she feels like "Jell-O on a pole" some days.

And then the guy was like, 'What I didn't tell you is that for, like, two weeks, it's just going to be a little uncomfortable. I couldn't eat, couldn't drink for two weeks - great diet in a weird way. I got it and then I've been single ever since... I did it for myself. I always wanted to get one."
