Lots of protein to keep you full
Don't go too high or too low (very important) on fat.
Remember that your diet is one, if not the most important factor in achieving a body you want and health for life. Put the right amount of effort in and you'll realize you're no different than any celebrity, and that you have the same potential to achieve what you want .
