What are Chris Evans workout secrets which tured him into a superhero ?

Chris Evans is an actor best known for his role in Fantastic Four .Chris had earlier  maintained a lean, defined look. Chris Evans ,the stars has to build and maintain body that will not only impress the audience, but also make them play the role more believable. As with the release of Captain America a queestion that sparked everybodies minds was how did Chris Evans get so ripped ?

The answer to all the questions is that Chris Evans has to put on some serious muscle mass in quite a short period of time.  He has done this despite a challenging work schedule and a limited focus on dieting.

In Captain America comics one must have noticed how muscly Captain America is portrayed and Chris Evans has replicated it very well.

Chris Evans Workout routine :

One must have a whey protein drink about an hour before this workout and one immediately after in order to feed your hungry muscles the amino acids they require in order to recover and grow . Chris Evans aims for 4 sets of each exercise in which he had 8-10 repetitions. He did 4 sets of each exercise in a row with 60 seconds rest.

Monday ( Day 1 ) :

  • Lateral boosts
  • Dumbbell press
  • Seated rear deltoid raise
  • Shrugs
  • 10-minute HITT workout on treadmill,Bike or Elliptical Trainer

Tuesday ( Day 2 ) :

Chest -

  • Push ups on bosu ball

Legs:

  • Barbell squats
  • Leg press
  • Hack squats
  • Lunges
  • Seated calf raises
  • 10-minute HITT workout on treadmill

Thrusday ( Day 4 ):

Arms & Core:

  • Barbell bicep curls
  • Skull crushers
  • Incline seated bicep curls
  • Dips
  • cable hammer curls
  • Close-grip bench press
  • Ab crunches with legs raised
  • Stability ball jacknife
  • Oblique crunches on stability ball each side

Friday ( Day 5 ) :

Back:

  • Pulls-ups
  • Seated row
  • Lateral pulldowns
  • Stiff leg barbell deadlift
  • Bent over barbell row
  • 10-minute HITT workout on treadmill

Saturday And Sunday ( Day 6 & 7 ) :

Rest Days

These two are Chris Evans rest days , which make your body to recover and have full energy

Even as a trainer, there'd be times where I'd gain a little more weight than I was comfortable with or I'd occasionally plateau.This is something that drove me crazy – it was unacceptable.I mean, I'm supposed to be showing others how to look their very best.

Rule #2 is “watch your form”. Don’t life more weight then you can comfortably control. If you cant take a full count of “one one thousand two one thousand” on the way up and on the way down then you are lifting too much weight and risking injury.
