Brock Lesnar complete workout :

Bulging muscles are developed by training fast-twitched muscles. To improve explosiveness & quickness, your fast-twitched muscles are utilized.Strength training is what Brock was used to during his days in college and with the WWE .  Brock lifts weights to maintain his strength capabilities in various positions and muscle groups.

 Brock utilizes muscles that are untapped in regular weight training. Functional Training also leads to better muscular balance and joint stability, which could possibly decrease the number of injuries sustained by an athlete participating in a particular sport.

 

Brock Lesnar Training Routine :

Day 1 (Chest and Triceps):

  • Flat Bench Press (6 x 12 reps)
  • Incline Dumbbell Press (4 x 6-10 reps)
  • Dumbbell Flyes (3 x 8 reps)
  • Cable Crossover (3 x 8 reps)
  • Tricep Body Dips (4 x 8-10 reps)
  • Pulley Pressdowns (4 x 8-10 reps)
  • Skull Crushers (3 x 10 reps)

Day 2 (Back and Biceps):

  • Wide-grip Pull-ups (4 x 6 reps)
  • Medium-grip Pull-ups (4 x 6 reps)
  • Narrow-grip Pull-ups (4 x 6 reps)
  • Seated Cable Row (4 x 6 reps)
  • Stiff-legged Deadlift (4 x 6 reps)
  • Deadlift (4 x 6 reps)
  • EZ-Curl Preacher Curl (4 x 12 reps)
  • Hammer Curl (3 x 10 reps)
  • Seated Incline Dumbbell Curl (3 x 10 reps)

       Day 3 (Shoulders):

  •            Overhead Barbell Press (4 x 10 reps)
  •            Seated Dumbbell Press (3 x 10 reps)
  •            Dumbbell Front Raise (3 x 10 reps)
  •            Dumbbell Lateral Raise (3 x 10 reps)
  •            Smith Machine Upright Row (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Dumbbell Shrugs (4 x 6 reps)

         Day 4 (Legs):

  •            Leg Extension (3 x 10 reps)
  •            Leg Curl (3 x 10 reps)
  •            Narrow-stance Smith Machine Squat (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Medium-stance Smith Machine Squat (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Wide-stance Smith Machine Squat (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Leg Press (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Stiff-legged Deadlifts (4 x 6 reps)
  •            Leg Curls (4 x 6 reps)

Round 2 (Pulling):

  • Recline Pull-ups
  • Bodyweight Pull-ups

Round 3 (Overall Muscular Endurance):

  • Airdyne Bike (70 RPM)
  • Upper Body Ergometer Machine
  • Incline Treadmill (Steepest Level)
  • Windsprint Bike (Standing)
  • Airdyne Bike

Round 4 (Hybrid Strength):

  • Jammer Machine
  • One-arm Sledge Hammer
  • Medicine Ball Sprawls
  • Bear Crawls
  • Transitions

Round 5 (High Intensity):

  • Exercises same as Round 3,
  • with higher intensity levels and no rest during transition
