Mid-morning snack: 150g chicken breast in which one can add ½ yellow pepper and should be sliced .
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, mixed salad leaves, green beans which are to cooked in 1/4 tbsp olive oil
Mid-afternoon snack: 100g turkey breast with ¼ cucumber
Dinner: One salmon steak and steamed green beans which should be delicious to have .
Day 2 : Saturday
Breakfast: chicken breast and handful of stir-fried kale

Dinner: One grilled lamb steak with which one can add spinach or steamed broccoli which will provide loads of protein .
